Last Sunday, November 16, a group of people from the team ADRASA participated in the Barcelona Donut Race 2025, one of the most emblematic events in the city’s sports and solidarity calendar. With a record number of 36,000 participants, this year’s edition became a veritable pink tide through the streets of the center, in support of women’s health, the fight against breast cancer, gender equality and social inclusion.
Our participation reflects a shared conviction: commitment goes beyond the work environment. Getting involved in this type of social initiatives is part of our way of understanding corporate responsibility.
More than a career
The Donut Race is much more than a sporting event. Through the motto “Your number adds up,” the organization promotes the visibility of causes that matter:
-
The active fight against breast cancer, with specific support for research on metastatic cancer.
-
The demand for gender equality and the right of all women to access sport.
-
Denouncing gender violence and supporting organizations that protect women in vulnerable situations.
-
International solidarity, with humanitarian aid projects and global cooperation
In this edition, the funds raised have benefited entities such as the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC), GEICAM, Wanawake Mujer, Clara Campoamor Foundation, as well as local and global initiatives such as Oxfam Intermón and Ca l’Aurèlia, focused on human rights, equality and emergency aid.
team pride
From ADRASA, we want to thank and congratulate all the people who were part of the participating team. This gesture, beyond the physical challenge, represents our commitment to a more conscious industry, a more humane work environment and a more just society.
We run together for people. For the causes. For the future.
