Curiosity as a driving force

“Due to personal circumstances, I was curious to enter the chemical sector. At that time, sustainability was not yet a priority, but over time it has become fundamental at ADRASA.”

In his role, Mar manages national orders and supports the sales team, being a key point in the daily running of the company.

Small gestures, big impact

“Although my duties do not directly influence the sustainability of the products, in the office we use recycled materials whenever possible. Every day, the different departments work to make ADRASA a sustainable company.”

Mar’s involvement goes beyond his position: his interest in understanding processes has led him to explore product formulas and talk with R&D experts to better understand the market.

“When I started, I didn’t even know what aIBC. My curiosity and desire to learn made me ask everything. I would even like to see in person how our customers use the products to understand their purpose.”
